daredevil it doesn't make it a friendly there is a scale to these things rather then I've extreme of the other. The bar to get through the group stage or lower then the lane l league which makes it have a different intensity and jeopardy in my view and less significance finish in the top 24 it's mission accomplished. Similar to how the world cup group stage was worthless because pretty much everybody gets though. It's why we can comfortably swat some teams aside in the group and then struggle or in PSG case lose that very same season at the business end.
Searching for it suggests 9/10 points can get you through. So 3 wins out of 8 games that's a pretty big margin for error with majority of the matches not getting points.
I also apply it to the likes of Coventry I'm not drawing to much from how we attacked in that game as I'm not sure it's representative of where our attack might be at, need to view it in tougher tests
