lorddulaarsenal Lewis Skelly is smooth as butter.
Arteta is definitely spending 50% of our budget on a fullback.
Ray and the other 50 on something from Chelsea's bin.
Ray if we are going to continue forcing our fullback into the half spaces then we are probably going to need one as relying on a half fit Calafiori to provide all the attacking threat from our fullbacks is a massive risk..
Hopefully the last game isn't just a one off and Arteta has decided to relax his stance on wingers keeping width a bit
invisibleman18 we are almost definitely getting Neto or Garnacho if Arteta stays.
Enrique extending to 2030
I'd take Igor Thiago off Brentford.
Qwiss -- warm butter last year, this year you're getting that small pad of cold butter at a nice restaurant and wondering "what good is this?"
MistaT warm butter last year, this year you're getting that small pad of cold butter at a nice restaurant and wondering "what good is this?"
That's because the butter was left out in the cold for almost 9 months. Needs to brought back in (to the fold) and given some time to warm up before it's buttery texture returns.
He’s pure PSR. Don’t think he’ll amount to much.
We need a right back not a left back. We currently have 3 capable left backs, one with injury issues.
We have the best defensive right back in the league, currently injured but not habitually so. What we need is not to be playing two fullbacks who are primarily defenders along with a double pivot. Given the rest of the structure of the team, the left back moving into midfield that we used to play still makes a lot of sense. And get rid of the double pivot.
We’ve been linked to Fresneda recentky
i'd be happy with marmoush and illiman ndiaye. players who actually look at the football and don't view it with contempt.
Meatwad are we referring to 1 goal, 3 assist Marmoush?
the marmoush that had 7 goals in 16 league games when he first came into the league before pep decided he wasn't his cup of tea. when he plays for citeh he still shows the required top end technical ability unlike the shite we're trotting on a weekly basis. oh and the frankfurt marmoush wasn't half bad either. maybe his time with citeh lowers his price.
It’s mad that City can retire guys like him and Reijnders without them having done much wrong
lorddulaarsenal I don't pay close attention to 115 so I was shocked when I realised earlier this season they stopped starting Marmoush.
What even happened there? He tore it up for them only a year ago.
