Sounds highly unlikely we'd go for both Nusa and Tzolis. I'd expect either Martinelli goes and we invest far more at LW or that now we need another centre half, we hold onto Gabi and fix our other issues while bidding up on the likes of Guimarães.
We should bite the bullet and try to move on one or more of Eze, Merino, Nwaneri, Madueke and Ødegaard this summer. We should do it so we can bring on more quality in areas that are a bigger problem. I have nothing lethal against these players who are great talents, and I'm not fixated on which of them goes, but who can foresee a situation other than an injury crisis in which more than one of them, most likely a fit-again Ødegaard for the few months he actually would be fit again, would be a deserved regular starter?
All five together are just too much fringe to carry on the bench or on loan. Meanwhile we need an elite alternative to Rice, a right side of our defence that isn't utterly crocked, and a world class left winger, and those three things together sound like £250m in this market.
