If I’m being honest I don’t think Raya is to be blamed there. Zubimendi - maybe has a little more of the blame. But frankly it was an incredible finish - repeat that pattern a 100 times and you’ll be lucky if even 5 of them hit the target

Mirth Yeh, you can't guard against everything. 999 times out of 1000 don't result in a one-touch goal when you get dispossessed in the middle of the pitch. Great awareness from Richarlison, who must have been saving up to it for years considering how utterly clueless he usually is.

Qwiss it’s a risk v reward thing. Most of the time the higher starting position helps with the dominant risk of a through ball which Raya can sweep out to cover. He could stay closer on the line and not get embarrassed but it’ll give away more goals over the course of a season

USArsenal midfielders lose the ball. It shouldn't lead to an easy shooting opportunity from there. Same with Mateta last season. It's a vulnerability we need to cut out.

Mirth it's gone too far the other way and teams look for it. 5 yards deeper and the passing doesn't change much for us but Raya saves that.
