The next five games take us to GW19 (exactly the halfway point) and looking at our fixtures vs the rest I reckon we can open up a gap between us and Chelsea but might City might gain ground. And Liverpool could sneak back into it as they have the easiest set of 5 games you're ever likely to get in this league.
If we don't win all 5, we could be going into the Liverpool game in early Jan with them just 5/6 points behind us (and City even closer) - we can't let them happen. We need to end GW19 at least 5 clear and to do that, I think we need to go 5 from 5 over the next 5. We need to be relentless and give the opposition very little hope that they can come back into this.
Next two in particular are huge, tired legs against a difficult Brentford and then away to in-form Villa - let's see what this squad is made of. We've seen them win when the pressure is off - time to see if they can win when there is a bit of heat.
