As usual, bit surprised by the general view on here. Fulham defended deep and in numbers (5 at the back) and as stodgy as we were, with the offside goal and incorrect penalty overturn, it could easily have been three goals for us. Not to mention the saves Leno made from Gyokeres.

At the other end, we've given away nothing - literally, nothing. Again. At a ground we've had recent struggles at and off the back of the international break. Could it have been more fun to watch? Of course, but talk about first world problems...

Good win, games after the international break are always a bit more tricky. Fulham were really well organised and disciplined, made it really hard for us.

Most important thing is the win and another clean sheet. This ground has been tough for us in the last few years so another tricky fixture out of the way.

Good win. That's all we needed. Attack could still do with some work thought we were quite wasteful in final third and I actually thought Gyokeres had a positive impact overall.

Another positive result in a match we have struggled in recently will give the boys belief it will be our year and we can go all the way. That effect can start to become a self fulfilling prophecy I hope hehe.

I guess we can't complain as we got the result but taking off Eze for Merino was a horrible sub football wise, we lost all fluency and control on the ball with that. Merino just doesn't have the agility and deftness to play that role.
