Bouaddi has long been on my wish list and is a Ben Mattinson favorite. However, I am very cautious about this report as it followed some cryptic tweets from HoA and Ben yesterday where they alluded to the fact that PSG had basically signed Bouaddi. With this report coming out today, it reeks of agents positioning big names like Arsenal and Chelsea to drive up his wages at PSG. I don't doubt that we are interested - any big club should be as he's going to be one of the best midfielders in the world IMO. Ideally, PSG decides not to move for him this January and we can turn his head with a bid that's probably a little high for him right now but will be looked at as a bargain in a couple of years a la Saliba.
Now that we have a tremendous squad, these are the types of potential talents we should be trying to hoover up and then either send on loan or give limited minutes to if they are ready.
