Coombs the replays show it, but I don't think it matters when he takes out the player like that.
The other thing I haven't seen talked about is that (unless I'm mistaken) an Arsenal player (Saka?) got the ball in the box after the foul, so even if the call was correct, that means they took away the chance by blowing the whistle.
