If we're trying to develop into a side that makes use of Gyokeres, playing the polar opposite in Merino in a handy one like this seems pretty counter productive. Martinelli is the more obvious analogue for Gyokeres, and it'd have the bonus of also giving Eze more minutes in his primary position (what it'll be for us at least). He's played 3 different positions for us already
