Good way to get more attackers in

We've played something very like that (3-2-4-1 or just 3-2-5) in possession the last two years, falling back into a 4-4-2 when defending. The key has been the infamous inverted LB moving into MF or even attack but still responsible for getting back into defense.
If you think about it in those terms what you've proposed means either substituting Eze for Rice (MLS as 2nd DM falling back when necessary) or playing without someone who has that extra responsibility.
I think that we may do something like that when chasing the game but I'd be very surprised to see it from the beginning even against the lowest of low blocks.

Shape: Commonly a 3-2-5 in possession. Wingers hold width high up the pitch while the midfielders rotate in the half-spaces and attacking zones.

Profile wise - we don't use dual playmakers which I wish we would - would be curious to see Eze and Ode in the center and Trossard wide left.

Is he the one that ran the winger down that had a 10+ yard head start on him? (I thought that was Mosquera, i commented about it in the match thread). It was hard to tell who it was while i was watching it.

I know the play he's talking about. If that was Hincapie, then he's right, he certainly got some speed on him

when did this sequence happen? he basically came on for the 6 mins of extra time. i didn't pay much attention to extra time. arsenal.com has the full replay up and i just watched it and still didn't notice anything other than him being tucked in and then running out the winger and showing good quickness. but i didn't notice him running anyone down.

I think he is ultimately a cross between a Gabriel backup and a Calafiori backup. He can be used in either spot. I still think MLS will not end up at LB, he will eventually make his way into the midfield. I just don't see him as LB long term, much like Saka was not a LB long term (clearly. lol).
