daredevil I've always complained about how we win. Played much better in the second half. Huge shame about the injuries. The team is about to start humming and then we get bad breaks like this. Fortunately we now have the squad depth to deal with this curse without panicking.

Bring on Liverpool. Eze on the left, Madueke on the right. Hopefully Odegaard is able to return.

Tactics

Cala attempted few overlaps in the 1st half. Hope it becomes a permanent feature of our game going forward as it would make it possible to play Eze out wide. It could also revive Martinelli's Arsenal career.

The issue when we take too long to build an attack on the wings is that we have 2-3 players just standing around and waiting in the box, and it makes them too easy to mark. It's like we create a setpiece out of the situation. Gotta move the ball into the box quicker. We saw on the 2nd goal what happens when we do. I reckon that's what we're going to work the most on over the next month or so, and I think Eze will be a big help.

Yea Chelsea would win the league every year if it was all about getting signings in.

Historically we won the league when we had less changes to players and coaches. Liverpool had less changes last year. Did we only bring in Jens when we went invincible?

Speedster Yep. At the same time we really needed players because last summer seems to have been a bit of a shocker. We're just gonna have to work through the next months and make sure to get the results meanwhile.
