no surprise that the goal came from winning the ball high up the pitch for the first time. thats still our best (only?) source of creativity, but we seriously need to figure out how to create outside of that.
gyokeres was marginalised again. that stems from our midfield seeming to be completely positionless. none of the middle 3 seemed to have a fixed position or role. they were all randomly playing 8/6/10 at random times, sometimes clashing with eachother. feels like its thrown the entire teams rhythm off and resulted in gaps when defending, and misplaced passes and touches when attacking.
