I think Caceido is a quality player, and he'd look good for a number of teams in a few different CM roles. But is he the best midfielder in the league? .... hard to imagine that when he had 3 goal contributions last year, 4 the year prior, and 2 per year with Brighton. I get that its not his primary job to be scoring/creating but if you're claiming "best" in the league then it does become a standard.
Rodri and Declan for example aren't required to score/create either as their primary job, but both have 10+ goal contributions per year..and years with 15+. Now that's the standard for being the best midfielder in the league.
