Think this Spurs win is a lot to do with Frank, and a lot to do with City still struggling with a certain malaise. I think Frank will do better at Spurs for a good while as any sane, rational coach would do. But the continued hangover at City is lovely.
One of my pet theories, though, is that Brentford will continue to do well without Frank. Benham and Giles are bright people and under their leadership Brentford persistently maximises. It's the structure they built behind Frank that's enabled the club's climb to its steady mid table standards. Levy is a dinosaur with no idea what he's doing by comparison.
