Qwiss That's leaving out too much detail though. Isaks a fitness liability, he cost double what Gyokeres did and his transfer saga has proven to be a massive negative. The club had the choice mid Gyok transfer and so far it looks like they took the right one.
Yes, i think we can all agree that with everything that happened with Isak after the start of the window, he almost became a player that no one but Liverpool wanted. But he was very good last year. I think there are a fair few that were concerned over his fitness record.
In hindsight, we obviously made the right call (and the right call between our two realistic choices, which was Gyok or Sesko)
