Klaus Rice has shown he can press like Caicedo but I don't define pressing ability as an elite footballing trait, it is good to have but players like Jordan Henderson were great at pressing but wouldn't call him an elite player.
Rice has shown he can be an elite DM but has also shown he can be devastating higher up the pitch. I rate Caicedo, really good player but he is not one of the elite CMs of world football.
As for Vieira, yes he didn't score that much but he did most things at the top 1% level. Tackling, dribbling, ball carrying up the pitch, control under pressure, interceptions, passing and I could go on. Goal scoring is probably the one thing he should have done more but he more often than not he would carry the ball up and pass it on and instinctively dropped back, when he did keep going he showed he could be devastating.
