Think that’s harsh but clearly things have soured behind the scenes. Even though they spent a lot they ended up making themselves weaker and that isn’t Slot’s fault.

Probably be Iraola which is a shame as he is a top coach

You serious? He hasn't given the slightest sense of being able to handle it. It's a damn shame he's being sacked. Would've been way better for us if it had happened after another summer of throwing money away and a few months of mid-table results.

Definitely sounds like Iraola. Hopefully his "blow hot blow cold" nature will show up here as well and he will replicate those losing streaks that his Bournemouth team used to have regularly as well.

It is also very different working at a bigger club, you have more pressure, more scrutiny and also bigger personalities to deal with. At a smaller club I think it is easier to get players to work around your vision whereas bigger clubs you might get better players but also more difficult personalties.

We are fine both historically and presently. The PSR rules have two caps of player cost: revenue ratios of around 85% and additional 30%. Clubs can spend 85% of total football related revenue on squad costs (player and manager wages, transfer ammortisation, agent fees). Above this, they pay luxury tax. Once they hit 115% (85+30%), then they can start facing sporting sanctions.

Given our rapid revenue growth to be England's top earning club, we will be well clear of regulations. We can spend happily

Claudius I didn't just mean in a financial sense, we I'm sure have our own problems if you start down that road you open Pandora's box about how you conduct yourself in all aspects and I'm not naive enough to think we are going to be all good.
