Hope so. No one hates them more than me but you've got to acknowledge that going from where they were last season to 3rd is quite impressive, albeit impossible to understand. I thought the Amorim shit show went on just long enough before he was sacked that finishing in the top 8 would've been impossible. Had to do a double take when I clocked their league position a couple months ago (I've been so utterly fixated on us and City).
The late Flobaba said he hopes Man U return to relevance as he wants the rivalry again. Must say I can't understand that even slightly if I'm honest. To be relevant again they'd need to be winning things... We play in the same competitions ffs. Whatever they're winning, we are not. Their predicament over the last 3 years has brought me buckets of pleasure and I'm not ready for it to end. Bizarre to want anything but utter misery for them is the way I see it.
