QuincyAbeyie I had a longer version of this post, but it's late, I'm really tired and suffice to say, yes, we absolutely disagree about a football club's responsibility to entertain.

That seems to me an incredibly entitled view of what watching football should be (does it apply to everyone, or just Arsenal/ big clubs?), but it makes sense if your first exposure to football was one of the greatest players of my lifetime.
I wasn't so lucky, post 1992, I got what felt like a decade of David Seaman long balls to the godlike genius of Ian Wright and 1-0 to the Arsenal. So, in that context, I have no time for complaints about this Arsenal team - or their perceived entertainment value.
But I acknowledge and respect your point of view. I just have a different one - as you said. π
