Berta had a monumental task this window, we all knew the sheer number of players was probably not feasible and we would need to pick and choose. We needed to improve our first XI but also massively improve our depth. Unbelievable window really. He's just getting on with it, making sure if we don't get one option we look at other. No excuses from Berta, no aimless chasing all window for a player.
Only thing remaining is getting Saka and Saliba to extend.
One aspect where Berta will need to shine in the future is player sales, we really do struggle to get value for our players.
