lorddulaarsenal There’s plenty of space in the Prem (it’s La Liga where space is at a premium IMO). The challenge for Gyökeres will be that he’s not going to have a physical advantage anymore in the Prem, so he’s not going to be able to battering-ram defenders and dominate games physically.

lorddulaarsenal if you watch the videos of him vs Everton they double mark him all the time. Can't do that and double up on Saka without leaving yourself exposed everywhere else. Then watch him vs City where they didn't double mark him and he tore them apart.

Ray had no problem against Akanji, Gvardiol, etc either.

CPM he gave Saliba and Gabriel a tough time and those two are the best and most physical duo in the PL.

Isak has come on a lot, but Gyokeres looks more like what we need. A big determined goal hungry striker. He has a better shot on him than Isak. I can’t wait to see him play for us.

isaks shooting has developed alot. he used to mainly finesse them, but he can proper laser them now as well.

Going back to Gyokeres I’ve just watched this vid of all his goals whilst he was at Coventry. Love how he latches on to things. Zubimendi will feast.

Although perhaps not the fastest, he’s plenty fast enough with a great combination of speed and physical power

Qwiss had no problem against Akanji, Gvardiol, etc either.

The (etc.) is a kinda important omission because it's Rico Lewis at RB and Pusey-Simpson at RCB.

Don Pacifico he still had battles with Akanji that he won. We are talking about his pyshical capacity here. Also Rico-Lewis is a regular player for City and would start for most PL clubs. Simpson-Pusey fair enough but that's just one of the back 4. Its still a better back line than most of the PL can put together.

Qwiss he favours the left so he would have been targeting the two I mentioned. I'm not really challenging his physical presence, my main point is that the Man City performance hype is a bit overdone given who he was up against and the fact two of his goals were pens.
