Getting a bit tired of Scott Willis's selective stats wheels and charts. There are so many players down the list who have this convenient ability to add goal probability by banging it into the net.
Why say much about Madueke beyond the fact he's a 23 year old athlete who's got good close control and is elite 1 on 1, is left-footed and claims he can play either wing but certainly prefers the right, and has been underperforming decent xG and xA—and who's costing us £52m?
I mean I guess it's good to know he's mates with some people in our squad and is Premier League and London adapted?
Put simply we want him to hit his 0.51 xG per 90 for Chelsea last season as goals scored or better, and then the lad's doing very well.
