I read an argument that playing on the left for us may suit Noni better as it simplifies the game for him: it basically goes that on the left his dribbling will more often take him outside where the choices are typically cross, cut back or recycle, whereas on the right he'll dribble inside into traffic where you need better decision making to find a decent option.
Also I guess when he goes outside on the left he'll be on his stronger foot, whereas on the right if he goes outside to avoid traffic he's on his weaker foot, which compounds the likelihood of poor execution with poor decision making.
Thought it was an interesting idea, though I don't think it'll ultimately matter as he'll be gone by next season either way
