Came in minute 88 in one group game and only started one game that was dead rubber which spain didn't have the advantage of this time around because they drew their first game and again didn't play one group game

His total time beyond the dead rubber/rodri injury was one 92nd minute appearance one 88th minute appearance

Who is "obsessed" or talking about conspiracies? Just noting that we have several people that played all the way to end of the World Cup. Two of them have known injury issues, one of them is Martin Zubimendi and all of the others are back with the team. I don't get why you're so incurious.

The only person that seems to be curious is you here because otherwise it would be a big deal on this thread or the pre-season one

I for am glad that one of our knackered players is given the time he needs to get back into the flow after a gruelling season just like rice/saka

And i saw the training vids rice, saka and zubi and others from the fresh lot were doing the same drill - none of them are injured anymore

Him and Bruno both looked sharp and on it yesterday. I think with Merino coming on as well those three all added a lot more technical security into midfield
