Qwiss Yeah I think Nelson might end up being the biggest sale ironically enough. Homegrown, still young-ish, fair amount of PL experience, long history of Arsenal backing him. Fulham or Sunderland could probably offer £30 million. Best case he stays with them, worst case they ship him again. Only real issue is the wages, but it's much less of an issue in Premier League than abroad.

The rest of them are worth £20-30 million max, and most of that value is tied up in Kiwior. Lokonga and Vieira probably unsellable. Let's see what happens though.

from the club's perspective they realize that nelson has no future here and were hoping he would build up some value on loan and make fulham want him permanently. but his perma-crock nature won out.

Still can't believe he earns 100K per week. I've always been fond of Nelson and hoped for the off chance that he'd find his way back, but jesus christ. Might as well stuff that cash in a barbecue and light it on fire, at least it would get some social media views.

This is exactly how it can work. Need an overlapper to allow Eze to come inside. It will also serve to put a stop to Rice going forward and have him back in defence to prevent counters.

Has the makings of improving our defence with Rice now back as part of the defence, left side with Calafiori and Eze instead of Martinelli and Rice and overall creativity with Eze and Odegaard.

Fuck, I'm excited to see this lineup.

JazzG This looks great. You can see Hincapie is needed for another option on the left. And you can also see MLS's path into midfield here, because he would be very suited to one of those double-pivot roles, which is where he ends up a lot of the time as an inverted fullback anyway.

It'll still have Rice joining lots of attacks imo, would be a waste of his athleticism and ball carrying to have him purely sitting. Zubi is experienced as a single pivot so I think we'll see quite a lot of forward running from Rice still. Will give an option for Eze and Ode with Rice running beyond them and create space for them too
