I'm glad he's saying the right things, but the risk in doing so that @Burnwinter noted is most obvious in whether or not he is able to allow those words to permeate his own thinking in terms of tactics and selection, but more importantly, in terms of his own attitude in training, in the dressing room, and in the technical area. He's a high-strung bag of neuroses at the best of times. In some season-states, it is actually beneficial for him to be that way. In others, I think it's a massive barrier to our chances of winning something. He needs to unclench, because he very well might be risking losing the league to Unai Emery's Aston Villa.
