JazzG all these CB links...does feel like Kiwior may be moving but the players we're being linked to would expect to be starters. Can't make sense of it unless we're planning on significantly more rotation next year, which isn't beyond the realms of possibility but then you'd think we may as well stick with Kiwior unless he's desperate to leave.

I have absolutely no interest, and some shallow disgust, in signing Garnacho. He’s an incredibly limited and dim player who is only getting by on moments of magic.

Gordon on the other hand, I think he’s a really sharp player that would absolutely thrive working with Arteta. He’s clued in and disciplined, and clearly knows how to build good partnerships with teammates….plus he can drive play.

Just need Rice and Saka to tap him up.

Garnacho is the worst dribbler I've seen in my life. No need to defend against him: Just give him the ball and watch him take forty touches before he puts it out over the short line. He's a lazy shit too. The United fans are done with him. You can't go around buying assholes like him.

Of all the wingers, or players supposed to play on the wing, that we've been linked with this summer I think Eze is head and shoulders the best one, but there's not much noise surrounding him.

Klaus I really would love us to go after Eze. He'd be perfect for us and could play on either wing or either advanced midfield spot. Having a talented 1v1 player like him in the side would solve a lot of issues we have in breaking down teams and would give us another X Factor in difficult Champions League knockouts.

Qwiss Said it before but I like that he has a bit of a dick-ish quality to him. Not afraid to put himself about. Sort of player your fans love and everyone else hates. We could do with another Ben White/Kai Havertz type personality in the squad, especially if those two aren't looking like nailed on starters the way they were this time last year.

The other thing I like about Gordon is that he's fast and direct, reminds me of Rosicky in that way. Not that he goes straight for goal, but in the sense he just seems to be able to speed things up. He can lift the pace of the game.

You need guys like this in a team. Possession-based teams tend to get this dynamic wrong: Too many controlling midfielders that can slow the game down, not enough players to speed things up.

Sicario2 sounds like there is big gap in fee expectations on Gyokeres deal. Hopefully if we go for him, we don’t get rinsed.

I like Gordon a lot too. He just knows how to hurt teams. Southgate was stupid for not giving him more game time at the Euros.

It’s a shame Gittens is going to Chelsea as he’d be an excellent option too.

To be fair most of the wingers we have been linked to are excellent.

My top pick would be Barcola though. He can go past literally anyone with relative ease. Needs to work on his finishing though, but despite that he’d still score a lot for us
