Gurgen definitely off his hand. It was next to him but it hit his hand.

We shouldn't have to complain about that call. We were winning 2-0 with 20-30 minutes to go. I can't believe we didn't get all 3 points

Disastrous result and the embodiment of why we don't look like a title winning team. 2-0 up at home to a Villa that hasn't been all that and to throw it away it's simply not goodenough.

Also given we are told how dominant we are over opposition usually when it's goalless and we are trying to score but we have x amount of possession etc, you would think being 2-0 up like that should play into our hands. But really question that concept with an outcome like today. How dominant are we versus opposition choosing to play like that against us before we score.

So much not where it needs to be, I know Ode has come back from an injury and a new kid but he just isn't where we need him to be. He gets harsher analysts because we need him to do what Saka did when he was out and take the burden but he doesn't look right at them moment. Even the defence was off and yes we lost Saliba but 2-0 up they should be able to do a job

Gurgen

No, it didn't, The replay i saw was pretty clear that it his his arm.

The club deserve that result. It’s Jan 18th and we haven’t signed anyone. That’s on the board.

From where I was sat, it clearly looked like it hit Havertz's forearm. You could tell from Merino's body language he thought it'd be ruled out.

And for someone who boasts about his detailed and methodical coaching, Arteta sure has a blind spot when forcing Partey into RB.

Also, Odegaard has been such a let down and I despise Emery. I never felt so depressed when he was our coach and now this game raising, dracula looking idiot haunts us from beyond the grave.

Gurgen it got his arm. Not everything is a conspiracy

Qwiss it got his arm. Not everything is a conspiracy

Though I'd like to believe that because then there's not much you can do, but watching it on replays shown by Sky Sports it looks like it went under his arm and into his midriff. I'll have to see it in slow motion to be sure but it wasn't 100% clear handball to me.

Edit: just found this. Doesn't look like it hits his hand but rather his stomach to me.

I think it does hit his arm, look at the direction of the spin after impact, it's in line with his arm.

Maybe. It's hard to tell if it his the arm of the stomach. I can see both sides tbh.

Best to look at it from all angles/clips before reaching a conclusion. I know we all want to quickly blame VAR but this was not the case today.

Like I said, I can see both arguments looking at the video closer. Can't say 100% whether it was his stomach or his hand. They're so close together.

It’s a handball. Let’s get over it and move forward.

Yeah unfortunately I think that's correct, his arm also moves at the point of impact.
