From where I was sat, it clearly looked like it hit Havertz's forearm. You could tell from Merino's body language he thought it'd be ruled out.
And for someone who boasts about his detailed and methodical coaching, Arteta sure has a blind spot when forcing Partey into RB.

Though I'd like to believe that because then there's not much you can do, but watching it on replays shown by Sky Sports it looks like it went under his arm and into his midriff. I'll have to see it in slow motion to be sure but it wasn't 100% clear handball to me.

Like I said, I can see both arguments looking at the video closer. Can't say 100% whether it was his stomach or his hand. They're so close together.

Look again, it went right past his ribcage and hit the arm in the back of that shot, not the arm in the front.
Yeah unfortunately I think that's correct, his arm also moves at the point of impact.
