This comes from Marca, a Real Madrid rag.. of course they are going to try to spin this. The answer was "No, but everything is signed and ready to go, we're just waiting until the medical and for the fiscal year to change in 3 weeks so the money can be accounted for different". They conveniently left that part out.
I'm really not worried. I am pretty sure Arteta (well, the board and the club) know that if this gets hijacked and falls through, we're done as a serious club. This will get done if its not already.
