USArsenal City also got blitzed by Spurs, beaten by Bournemouth etc.
Sporting aren't mugs but their quality is capped by the standard of the league they play in. This is a team we shouldn't be fearing and I'm glad to see we've shown that in the first half.
Doesn't mean we won't lose focus in the 2nd half but yeah, we're a good team and we're playing a team from Portugal.
Odegaard's comfort on the ball in the final third where space is limited makes a gigantic difference to our play. We need another player who can knit it all together in some similar way when he's out.
Excellent first half, we've looked very good and there are more goals here if we want.
