Sterling looks absolutely helpless tracking back
Arsenal v Nottingham Forest - Sat 23rd November 1500 KO
easy work. nice
FT 3-0. Nice win, nice performance.
Game like today remind me that we should be having it easier (especially at home) vs most teams. Nottingham Forest have performed well this year, but we made them look like mugs. Doubt they even had a .5 XGF.
We have such an amazing foundation in Raya - Gabriel - Saliba that we really only need to complement it with some meaningful upfield possession. I'm sick of the horseshoe of death, today highlighted how to create and we need to bin our crossing patterns/desires (outside of set pieces) by playing the ball on the ground.
Good solid professional performance against a good team, its what we needed, hopefully get a few players back for the next one
I liked the starting line-up. They delivered. Also good use of the available squad as we now head into the gauntlet until January.
Hopefully this gives Arteta the confidence to rotate a little more. Nice to win so well with 4 starters on the bench
Ethan is our SECOND youngest premier league scorer.
Great performance, most enjoyable of the year.
Saka was brilliant but Odegaaed is the magic behind everything. He’s single handedly unclogged the drains.
Would have liked Saka off a little earlier if he's been struggling.
Clrnc By construction, we have one creative midfielder in the entire squad that is not a literal child.
We looked better with Jorginho. His positioning is almost always perfect and his connection with Odegaard and Saka is much better than the other CMs.
We need a younger Jorginho next summer as much as we need an upgrade on Martinelli.
