Relief more than anything. Even this early a loss at home to the bottom team would feel fatal when you know 115 FC are winning that game 6-0. Just no goal threat with Sterling and Jesus both in the front line but thankfully the depth in quality to come on and get it done.

Not sure why people are unhappy about the rotation. It's completely fine and as poor form as Jesus is now we will still need him in UCL so it's important to play him and Sterling into form.

You can't complain about our players always being knackered in the run-in and yet complain we are rotating. This will be good for us when the games come thick and fast

Let’s also have a fair assessment on what happened over these last two games frustrating as they are. We generated 65 shots and over 7 xG in 2 games. It’s an incredible persistence. Our problems were efficiency in conversion and timing of our goals. If we go up 4-2 or 3-1 early in the second half, very different discussion.

Away from home we don’t concede those goals.

At home I think we get very complacent especially against shit teams.

I also notice that a lot of the away goals are scored when the away team are facing their fans in the second half (see Villa at home last season).

We’ve had this issue at Emirates for a while and we need to cut it out. Because sometimes it will catch up on us and we won’t be able to bail out every time which will result in dropped points (see Fulham at home last year and Southampton at home season before last as prime examples).
