White not produced the levels of last season. Cut throat Arteta strikes again but rightly so as Cala looked brilliant in cameos and evident Timber better at RB. Hopefully we will see the real attacking Timber today.

I think this just shows that White was always the most at risk with us signing Calafiori. Either way, not bad to have the rotation options.

I'd expect White to buckle down and assert himself, but it's a healthy situation. Playing every match the past two seasons has crippled him by March or so, meanwhile we have to assume Timber's still vulnerable to injury.

Couple of folks have been commenting on White being under par lately although I personally didn't see him being benched. Wonder if Arteta's also going for a tactical roll of the dice given how reliant we are on fullbacks and no one's seen us play with Timber + Cala

Mirth yeah, that's a good shout. Feels like Calafiori and Timber combo probably gives us more offensive options without sacrificing too much defensively.

I'd definitely take any draw.. (would be amazing if we snuck out a win).. It all comes down to the midfield. Ode missing is a big hole, mainly because it will push Kai back into MF, and he's better up top
