Clrnc there’s no wording in the rules about intent. It seems absolute. Does he delay the restart? Yes. Yellow card.

I haven’t watching any post match yet but I hope Arteta comes out all guns blazing about this. Still think Trossard’s was stupid and avoidable but it’s an issue that needs addressing.
