I am absolutely shattered, devastated and gutted for our players. But thinking about it, this can be our Vieira Red Card at OT moment to develop a siege mentality against these cheats. Before the match I would have taken a point, during the match I felt we were the better team, we should have absolutely won with 11man especially once Rodri is off. With 10man, at the home of the best cheats in europe, to survive 45 minutes without our captain Odegaard, with 3 players suffering with cramp and to finish the game with a debut for Lewis Skelly without losing is absolutely admirable.
I thought Martinelli and Havertz was huge today for us, the absolutely ran their socks off. Rice and Partey were warriors in front of defence, Calafiori is insanely good and Timber... my word what a defender. Jesus did super well when he came on too and Lewis Skelly shows how good he is even with that little moment where he didn't even bother to clear in high pressure moment but held on to the ball and was confident in his ability.
