Actually I watch at least 5 or 6 games each matchweek. I do not see other teams getting booked for that kind of thing much at all. And Tottenham were not ACTIVELY doing anything since the ball was in Saliba's hands. Then he took 3 steps and dropped it. There is a lack of consistency with this rule, and it needs to be straightened out.
