Burnwinter fucking ridiculous. The prick tries to delay time and actually intentionally wanted to assault Rice. He knows what he is doing.
Arteta's description was spot on. It's an "amazing" and "inconsistent" decision at best.
But it's turned an 80% chance at two more points into a 59% chance according to Scott Willis's modelling, so you'd hope the team is thinking a bit harder about why we allowed that poor goal and couldn't take our chances.
The ref should never ref another premier league game. If not possible, at least never arsenal games. That is a stupid and shitty decision and is only made because this idiot is corrupt (not for money but for being a fan of other team)
I’m still well pissed at the ref. Hugely corrupt
This motherfucker reported us to the league for celebrating after Nelson's Bournemouth goal last season.
Our win percentage is less than 50% when he officiates.
Petty little fascist.
He's clearly massively biased against us. Most refs would have punished Veltman for that incident not Rice.
Qwiss he should’ve taken the time to engage with his team if he was unsure.
Funny how they think this should be a straight red….
JazzG Funny how they think this should be a straight red….
Well he is a former Arsenal player.
I usually don't post until well after matches like this so I can calm down. But it's ages later and I'm still pissed.
I'm tired Robbie, the game's gone.
Season over, focus on UCL.
We need City to get absolutely screwed by referees at least twice in the next month or two to make up for that nonsense.
Burnwinter or to get their comeuppance for the 115 charges.
Wouldn't hold my breath waiting for either
Burnwinter
I can stomach some of these massive errors as long as they are freely distributed. City have had some dodgy decisions gone against them in recent years. That Haaland decision last season when the ref played on but then blew the whistle whilst Grealish was free on goal, or the Rashford incident the season before.
Qwiss or to get their comeuppance for the 115 charges.
Nah it'd have to be on top of that, eh.
There's too much discretion for the league on the penalty they receive: I'm sure it'll be set up so as "not to ruin the season" ...
Qwiss
They'll find loopholes like Leicester did.

I don't see an end to the Abu Dhabi nightmare this decade. If the cheats don't get adequately punished, I wonder if 20 years down the line people see 2011-2030 (?) as lost years of English football.
Cut to 22nd Sept
‘And it’s a penalty for City’
‘Must say you don’t always seen them given, Clive, but by the letter of the law Gabriel can’t have any complaints for breathing heavily’
daredevil
Refereeing errors against City have not only been few in number but they were genuine mistakes. They likely receive four times as many gifts from referees than errors.
In comparison Kavanaugh, Tierney, Mason and Oliver are spiteful trolls who ratfucked us and cheated us out of points because they could get away with it.
Dom Arteta's version of Wenger's Marseille years. Except of course Mikel was part of the evil Empire for a while.
We used to see some crazy shit before social media. Fuck is this?!!
Claudius We used to see some crazy shit before social media. Fuck is this?!!
Fucking Mike fucking Riley. The referee I most hated in football growing up.
Claudius that was an extremely painful day. We still haven't won a title since. Those decisions are corrupt as fuck too. And I hate that United team so much, everyone one of them.
Claudius this is why I will never let man u fans breathe. I have them in an unrelenting chokehold of mockery and abuse. Scumbags.
