Giving Nunez a penalty feels like giving Havertz one tbh. You know there's no way he's scoring.

What a pen by Dembele... Damn
Hahaha yesss another Liverpooo miss
Donnarumma another save!
Donaruma is really a penalty killer
YESSEE
PSG Through. Hahahahahaha
Fully deserved. The better team won in the end
This Doue kid was impressive
Donnarumma is really good on pks, those long arms put to good effect. You could tell Nunez wouldn't score , even Slots face knew it
Bye bye Liverpool
Makes our win against them look more impressive. Although i think we played them before they started figuring everything out with their team.
PSG players weren't impressed with Liverpool after the 1st leg, they felt both us and Bayern were better
@USArsenal where was Salah this game? He was in Mendes pocket two games running. Best player in the world my ass.
FUCK LIVERPOOL.
Absolutely glorious.
Keep beating that drum mate.. Everyone loves it! (and i have no idea, i didnt watch the game, i just saw the pens), Obviously PSG played against him better than pretty much every other team Pool has faced this year.
But I agree with the last part
USArsenal if we don’t win CL im rooting for PSG
You don’t get the same number of pens in the CL habibi
We're not winning it
Salah wont win balon d’or now. Over to Mbappe, Raphinha or Merino.
Fair play to Enrique this season, they've lost high profile players but they look as good as I've ever seen PSG. Their front three are lightening but the midfield three is so technically sound, reminds me a bit of our midfield with Fabregas, Flamini, Hleb & Rosicky.
Karma is a bitch
No Liverpool or City in the CL. Make no mistake we are the strongest English team left in the tournament.
Bunch of technical midgets in midfield and a ridiculously fluid frontline vs juicing mentality machines. Football won
daredevil It's not a linear thing, but Havertz and Saka's legs would disagree. Have we ever seen a season where fixture congestion without rotation has hurt us more?
Bang average Liverpool side with a couple of old horses about to break down, they're just fucking lucky and nothing more.
Tactics PSG players weren't impressed with Liverpool after the 1st leg, they felt both us and Bayern were better
Their reaction after that game was very interesting. They felt they were the better team and wanted to go all out and fancied themselves against Liverpool. The general consensus was Liverpool nicked it and they'd finish them off at Anfield but PSG genuinely thought differently and probably thought they had been shafted a bit especially with Konate not being sent off. PSG rested a lot of players on the weekend and all their focus was on this game and it has paid off for them.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 here was Salah this game? He was in Mendes pocket two games running. Best player in the world my ass.
Burnwinter I mean if that's true what does that say about us act if you point to injuries last season we were very lucky getting that run in the second half I'd the season. The difference is we couldn't win the title. I'm not saying Liverpool are the best ever team but they will have proven themselves better then us if they deliver the title.
awooga83 They will have proven themselves better than we were last season if they finish with more points than we did. City's performance last season is an independent variable. The fact that neither we nor City (nor anyone else) is able to go on the run City went on last season is not a virtue of Liverpool.
I love Luis Enrique. Best coach out there.
Lovely stuff. Takes a bit of shine off Liverpool’s season
lorddulaarsenal a Newcastle win the the cup would be epic. Pool have already won league basically. It would all feel a little hollow in last 2 months
RowJimmy we also went on a crazy run with plenty of food luck last year.. It's not that Liverpool are great because it's that bit they had their kick e this year and look like they will seal the title. We had our luck last year and we couldn't use that to win the title. And it wasn't city that was the problem losing to Fulham, West ham and villa. Particularly the latter it was in our hands but we couldn't cope with it. I mean if Liverpool aren't really rated well an arsenal that has not won the title has to be viewed below this team.
awooga83 And it wasn't city that was the problem losing to Fulham, West ham and villa. Particularly the latter it was in our hands but we couldn't cope with it.
I keep seeing this point being made and I struggle to get to grips with it.
Every top team will have results where they felt they should have done better. That we happened to have a few more than City did last season doesn't make us failures.
Accepting we had a good season last year isn't mutually exclusive from accepting we should have done better this season.
Don Pacifico we were good but not good enough to convert a very good run with plenty of luck ourselves into a title. We were good but we won nothing in the long run that won't matter how we nearly won a title. I'm more worried that we moan about bad luck but we couldn't win when we had the luck running with us so it seems a bit irrelevant to say look how lucky Liverpool are when we had a similar run but we couldn't deliver at the end.
