You put this dude out when you're winning a tight game and need someone to win a couple duels and break up the opposition. Added bonus is he isn't without skill, so he doesn't ruin your own game, either. If this were ice hockey, he'd also be a fighter.

Rice had more impact in 30 min. Missed a few chances - the header could have been better but great saves from the keeper too later.
