Szobo on a yellow kicks the balls away and surprise, surprise - no second yellow.
TambourineMan But, but, but surely the referee had no other option than to book him? It's the letter of the law!?
Pool looked really poor today. Watched the second half and not even a hint of a chance created.
goon they weren't any better in the first either.
Wow.. Forest hung on for the win.. Excellent!
Palace should have beaten Leicester. I like Glasner's style. Nketiah won the pen for the equalizer, Wharton and Eze looked sharp. Just can't let in two goals at home like that.

Seen a few Palace fans on my timeline praising Eddie, saying he's a lot better than they thought. Glad he has started well, I think he'll do well there.
Emery about to field 4 CMs.
Mirth as long as we don't do the same!
First hiccup for the Coin Slot - let's see what happens now.
Lol Everton are going down this year. Up 2-0 and now losing 3-2. Them ans Soton are the 2 teams with 0 points
How peculiar.
QuincyAbeyie tbh the two incidences were very different.
I'm very confused. Do people really not think Declan Rice knew what he was doing with the timing of him knocking the ball away? Rice was pretty clearly doing a "Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown" thing there and it's unsportmanlike in ways that go beyond time wasting. I still think the decision is probably wrong because the ball was still rolling so it wasn't a legit free kick opportunity, but the Szoboszlai thing isn't a remotely similar situation. The situation from the Championship from a few years ago was similar.
DiabyKungFu hell you talmbout?
I'm very confused if anyone thinks Veltman didn't kick Rice on purpose.

It was both. The whole sequence was some stupid shithousing out of a Guardiola-Mourinho era Classico game.
Whether we were fucked over by the ref applying a rule that he almost never does otherwise, or whether it was by giving only our player a red card when it should've been both, isn't that interesting.
Yeah, i thought he played pretty decent, and i can see him getting some goals there. He needs to be playing each week, and he was never gonna get that with us. I think mid-table is about his level, and he will have a pretty decent career.
USArsenal — ESPN has Palace placing a 3-4-2-1 with Eddie alongside Eze and Mateta ahead.
I’d suspect it was more of a 3-5-2 though with Eze as an AM and Nketiah as a CF.
What did you see?
MistaT Eddie played off Mateta for sure, not in tandem with Eze so much, who dropped much deeper to start moves off.
I hope Newcastle are so bad that it puts Isak in play
