TambourineMan Very annoying that we've stumbled the same season they have and look to have gifted Liverpool a league title. Very, very annoying.

I don't think we have just gifted them the lead, we had a lot of injuries to deal with ourselves and it was difficult period for us.

We are just over a third way through the season, if they have this kind of lead after 25 games it becomes very difficult to catch but they are too bad results away from us being right up their arse so things can change. We just need to focus and make sure we keep pushing on and keep raising our standards.

Just need Liverpool to have a freak defeat this side of Christmas. 6 point gap going into the New Year is salvageable

TambourineMan yeah this is the main thing if Liverpool seize this chance very much would have shades of that Leicester city season where the team you would expect to be the favourite slipped up and the opportunity was there for another team. Will be very painful if once again we fail to take advantage.

The only way we can win the league is if we are perfect from now until the FA Cup third-round weekend in the second week of January, while Liverpool slips up at least twice. Liverpool's fixtures between now and then include away games against Newcastle, Everton, and Spurs, as well as a home match against United, so it's possible. However, being perfect won't be easy, as we also face a few tricky fixtures during this period (namely United (H) and Brighton (A)).

JazzG Rodri took that team to the next level but he isn't the only reason they look so bad.

Whatever has been happening there has been big. Pep has lost the plot. His usual press conference sarcasm has been sounding deranged and fractured. It's actually great he's signed a new contract. If I had to bet I reckon he'll probably get sacked after never quite recovering.

MistaT it’s not a resurgence. He’s a young player. Remember watching him a lot about 4 or 5 years ago. He said in an interview he doesn’t want people to put him in a box of big black defensive midfielder. The player he aspires to be like is Zidane. He’s only going to get better.
