Big Willie but worse is that he has a tendancy to run past the ball into advanced midfield areas despite playing as a CB. That ill discipline will need to be cut oit of his game by Arteta and hopefully as a fullback it won't be costly.
I've seen you mention this before and I can't help but feel that this is by design. It's another layer to our unpredictability, another avenue for attack. That Timber is a player that Arteta clearly highly rates and is clearly keen to integrate makes me think that we've brought him in for those capabilities that our other defenders don't have.
And when you look at Calafiori, he will at times play similarly further forward from what I've read.
