Claudius it's about prestige and pedigree. We do not have that shine yet. Compared to most of the top teams, we stand out with the distinction of being the only one without European success. If I'm a young player at Musiala / Bellingham level, Arsenal will be tier 3. Tier 1: Real Madrid. Tier 2: Current top 4 with recent and past European success.Tier 3: Current Top 4 with no recent European success. Tier 4: oil money - Newcastle et al.
