Lookman is not for me. Especially at that price
MistaT hattrick you mean. First player to do that in a European final too
Hmm nifty player but his stint in England worries me.
lorddulaarsenal yep, was not impressive at Leicester or Fulham. Price seems high for him.
Think I’d rather Marcus Edwards
Burnwinter hehe The source for this is Tier 2 at best, so not really into it right now. He does get stuff right for Italian teams, but mostly Milan clubs
HomeSteak hehe
If an Australian man starts a conversation with you by saying "Look, man …", you know he's about to tell you you've been being a dickhead … classic Aussie aggression there.
Just get Osimhen. Hadn’t realised he’s still only 25.
If it exhausts the budget so be it.
I'm on board with a left winger being the position we prioritise over a striker
Gazza M we are getting Sterling in the great Chelsea clear out
Gazza M not that I think we won't be in for a winger but this guy has no Intel. Only need a casual peruse of his previous tweets to see that.
Claudius I wouldn't say no to Sterling on loan for the season. Obviously no way you would sign him on a proper deal.
Qwiss if we're doing cut price loans for established wingers, sane would be my pick
Gazza M same as Sterling I'd take him on loan but I wouldn't want a permanent deal for him.
Yep Sane is class. Big powerful runner too
I would really want us to stay away from sterling I think he would not be of any benefit now. He's always been not a great technical player and lots of his benefits was based on his pace. Not to mention I don't think he's shown a great lot in his time at Chelsea looked genuinely awful and had a bit of that Ronaldo give me the ball attitude I want to be the one to score which looked awful as an outsider looking in at Chelsea because it was so disruptive I really wouldn't want that here. That would be a very disappointing signing for me.
awooga83 I don't think he's shown a great lot in his time at Chelsea
Same was true of Kai. Sometimes you need a rescue mission. Of course only on loan cos he's 29, has been playing in the PL since he was a teenager and is a pace merchant losing his pace. I still think Arteta knows and likes him and that'd be enough to make him a useful back up for a season.
Qwiss whist that is true I think the age does make a difference and I don't think Kai had shown the attitude problems that sterling has. You can be frustrated with your situation but you don't have to be pretty out of order to your teammates. I also think there is wow a lot a mythologising with what Arteta achieved with Sterling.
Sterling was very good at the start of last season for the first 2-3 months.
I wouldn't be keen on him now though personally. Too much of a damaged goods vibe going on there.
Absolutely no interest in Sterling.
Doubt he could meet Arteta’s standards for winning duels, build up play, etc
Sterling is done and dusted. Good guy, but he’s been playing forever.
