Next weekend will be epic, folks. Who would’ve thought we’d be coming to this moment at various times this season. We are closing out well (15 wins in our last 17), so I expect us to do our part. Woooooo! COYG!!
Manchester United v Arsenal - Sunday May 12th - 1630 PM GMT
Well we did not fuck them, but I will take it. Fuck them
Saliba has now won MOTM away at Liverpool, City and United.
awooga83 The challenge will be I expect the GD to be wiped out by the weekend which means we need City to probably lose that last game.
Nah, assuming City draw one of their games which is the prerequisite for GD to matter, we have a +3 advantage. I'll take those odds going into the final day.
Clrnc We are +3

Clrnc Clarence, I know it's your default state to be critical of the team, but Arsenal quite clearly had all the best chances of that game. Did Raya make a save in the match? You've basically said it yourself, United only had half chances.
Pepe LeFrits Nope. If its level City win on goal scored. So it's technically just +2

It is literally +3.
We're getting into you're 26 until you're 27 territory here.
DiabyKungFu Numerically, old bean. Numerically +2.
Arteta now happy with the performance either for what it’s worth. So definitely not by design.
I think this team needs to go through a season with these sorts of wins and build some belief and swagger.
anyone followed the coverage after the game? I need to know what Ten Hag cried about now
Burnwinter If we're only +2, then if City draw at Spurs, beat West Ham 3-0 and we beat Everton 1-0, what happens then?
Pepe LeFrits then we would be even and City wins
Pepe LeFrits Ok the other way round, if they draw at Spuds, they need to beat West Ham by 3 goals more than we beat Everton.
Normally when you are +3 you expect the other team to need to be 4 goals better off, but not this case.
The most important thing here is we are going to the final weekend with a chance to win the league.
