  • Manchester United v Arsenal - Sunday May 12th - 1630 PM GMT

goon I'm not generally a fan but it's even more grating on a day like today. Shows how transparently forced his emoting is.

Great that we're lamenting the performance rather than the result, shows how much we've progressed since last season.

Another step in the right direction. 2nd premier league win up there in 17 years. Another milestone for Arteta’s boys.

And we’ve got 27 premier league wins for the first time

Lukazan yeah, very possible. He does have games like this though, ones where it feels like the pressure has got to him. Only human I guess.

Claudius Get the fuck in! Next weekend will be epic

If it did turn into a goal difference shootout, it would be a historic state of affairs. They'll be on somewhat tired legs at Spurs, you never know.

Performance worthy of the final result this season. Glad the game's over and United are as shit as they are.

One more to go. Hopefully we can find a way to finish with a win. These players need some time off.

You know what, I didn't love the performance but think the second half was really about denying United the opportunities to counter us. We did that and had all the chances really. I am a little disappointed we didn't get a fuck off win up there, but given our record there and the context of the game, I think winning it is enough.

I will totally forget this match when I wake up tomorrow. So glad we won but we should never have been playing this way, not against such a weak team. We got away with one here

Burnwinter If it finishes like this, this will be one of the least satisfying victories at Old Trafford imaginable. We're winning and it still tastes like a loss.

This, basically. It's three points like the three slices of bread in a double decker shit sandwich. I'm very glad our last fixture is at the Emirates.

Qwiss don't know who my favourite is in this current generation. Any old Matterface gets a run-out these days.

awooga83 Well we got the result but the nature of the way we played makes me think you can see the improvements we need for future seasons we can't allow these matches to be so marginal.

Think it's mostly in the way Arteta sets us out, we can't play without the handbreak on in big games. Has worked for us in the league tbf but not in Europe. The margins are narrow. I think most teams in the league would have beaten United today and City would have put 5 past them.

The last time we had a chance to win the league on the last day 1999, United's treble winning season.

Really hoping we get our Agueeeerroooo moment, with either Saka/Ode/Rice/Kai scoring.

Qwiss no, that's true. To be fair to us, I did think we were much better in the second half. Had United at arm's length for the majority.
