We're about 2/3 and a draw or Spurs win are both about 3/1 in the markets. Must win by any standard: the requirements of the league race, the actuarial sciences, the justice of the sport, and the metaphysics of the rivalry.
If we roll over these mongrels, then a quarter of an hour after the final whistle, City will take the field at Forest four points down from us again.
There's nothing much to hope for from that but a little extra stress and a tiny frisson of danger for them … but add it all up, a chance remains.
