Short turn around again but tonight’s win would have resorted a lot of energy (mental and physical) and confidence.

Chelsea have improved and got a good record v big teams but will hopefully feel sorry for themselves after losing to City in the Cup semi tonight.

Having said that, they can still qualify for the Europa League and have some momentum (despite City loss) so this won’t be a walk over but they are very wasteful in front of goal.

Need Rice to contain Cole Palmer who is in blistering form. Early goal and we can bury them and hopefully Kai scores to rub it in against these cunts.

What would be your team to face them? Rest Saka?

I'd like to see that team, but reckon we might be better with Jorginho at the base with Rice and Ode ahead but same lineup otherwise. If Tomi isn't fit bring in Kiwior.

I’m more worried about this game than Spurs away, especially since our defence has been a little sloppy of late.

Pretty poor in defence but dangerous on the counter. Gave City a good game today, and probably had the better of chances.

I like that every club is having some injury crisis when they face us. Didn't realise Wolves had 6 first teamers out, no wonder they had 15 16 years old playing against us. This is the luck we need.

i can see territorial dominance by us, peppered with sucker punches from palmer in particular. hopefully tomiyasu is healthy, because palmer would have zinchenko and kiwior on skates

Yeah, we had our injury crisis earlier in the middle of the season, with Jesus, Vieira, Partey, Tomi, Timber, ESR, and a couple others i am not remembering out. And now everyone is healthy in time for the run-in. Each game, our bench looks strong AF.

Exploit their dodgy defence on transitions. It's unfortunate we can't rely on them not being able to hit a barn door. But we have the better team and should be able to beat them.

I would have argued Partey, Jesus and Timber would have added value pre-injury. Jury still out on Timber (next season), but Jesus had no pace right now, and Partey has looked average at best since they returned. But then again, Partey in particular, has not played a lot. im not sure if he's done or if he just isnt back up to match speed yet.
