To get lots of minutes in this squad Nwaneri would need to be pulling Cesc level performances in his position. He's a brilliant talent but he's not looked that good. Meanwhile only one of Ødegaard and Eze starts because that's the level. Nwaneri isn't going to develop the way we'd want on Carabao gruel. As for screwing up his development, Arsenal has supported him all the way.
It is what it is. Find him the right loan, personally I'd be stoked to hear he was off for a season to La Real or something like that.
