It depends on people’s level of engagement with Arsenal. There are United fans who are confident that we are about to “choke” because apparently we choked last season. Those are people who have no clue what happened last season and what could happen this season. They also listen to talking heads like Rio who don’t have a lot of content.

So I’m not surprised. The only way we prove these fools wrong is by getting to the semi or final. And beating some big names will help

Claudius It still makes me laugh. Last year all they said is that we were shit and just on a lucky run and have no chance to win the league, and then we somehow bottled it. We were not even in the top4 for most "pundits", not even in top 6 for some(remember the whole talk about how Newcastle were better then us), but we bottled it...
Same this season, all summer long we were told we are not as good as City and Liverpool, and of course some were convinced Tottenham, United or Chelsea would pass us by as well...but somehow if we do not win it, we are bottlers.

Can’t wait till tomorrow.

Best thing about beating Porto is that even if we lose to City god forbid in 2 weeks, our season is not over and being in the CL is an insurance policy (for winning something).

Also progressing to the last 8 has also increased our chances of beating City on 31st by maybe 10-15%. Imagine going into that game with no CL left knowing that a loss would end our season effectively. Would have been too much pressure.

Anyway, fingers crossed for a decent draw tomorrow 🙏

While watching the PK shootout yesterday I just realised they also signed ex Everton reject Davy Klassen. I thought it was another Klassen or something so went to Google it.

While goggling also realised they signed 36 year old Cuardrado 😆 . How's this retirement club absolutely tearing Serie A apart?!
